The doctor's staff is pleasant and efficient. I was greeted promptly and after completing a new patient form, I was escorted to an examination room and asked a series of targeted questions by a very astute assistant. Within 5-minutes of completing this query. Dr. Benincasa presented himself. He the asked questions relevant to my issues and listened very carefully. He explained each step of the diagnostic procedure and made sure I understand. I found him to have excellent mannerisms and a good sense of humor. This was a very pleasant experience.
